This community project led by Cupar Heritage, in partnership with Cupar Development Trust and CMC Associates was funded by a £10,000 Heritage Lottery Fund “Sharing Heritage” grant.
CMC Associates (who drafted the Interpretative Plan) helped deliver the Classic Cupar Project as part of a wider community initiative to make Cupar’s rich heritage an integral part of the town’s future.
Using CMC Flow, the project continues to explore how the most popular views of Cupar have been recorded, and indeed changed, over the years.
The project was all about “Cupar’s Sense of Place” and gathered in and shared images of the town from a wide range of sources, culminating in a public poll to decide which of these views and images are most loved by the citizens of Cupar today.
